Hello!

After moving to Hobart in 2017 from America (I accidentally fell in love with an Aussie - it’s basically a real life rom-com) I started bartending because I couldn’t help but get creative with the wonderful produce and products that this state has to offer. My biggest goal is making sure that the drinks I create give off a real sense of place - bringing you closer to the ingredients in it and the people you’re enjoying it with.

I’ve been competing in cocktail competitions on a national level since 2021, and have been able to push myself to grow in ways I could never have imagined. I’m so excited to share my ideas with you, and help create experiences that you’ll think about for years to come!
