  • There is a 20% deposit required to to lock-in the date of your event, due along with a signed copy of my Terms of Service. The remainder of the invoice is to be paid 3 weeks before the event itself (with exact dates to be listed in the terms of service).

  • Your number of guests can change up until 3 weeks before your event. The number of guests confirmed will be locked-in at the time of final payment, 3 weeks before your event.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, although I understand that sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that can arise. Each cancellation will be decided on a case-by-case basis, after a chat together.

  • Prices are exclusive of GST.

cocktail upgrades & add-ons

  • My pricing is under the assumption that each person will drink 2 cocktails per hour. If you think your group may drink more, let me know! We can chat about adding on another cocktail to your menu, or increasing the amount of ingredients needed for your drink choices.

  • This is the real bread and butter of an experience with me - the chance to customise your own drinks, created just for you and completely unique to your event! Pricing will vary depending on the ingredients you’re after, so let’s chat about your vision and go from there!

  • So many people choose to be alcohol-free, and it’s just as much fun! Mocktails should have just as much thought and effort put into them as alcoholic options (and some of my favourite recipes I’ve ever created have been completely 0% ABV!). Let me know if this is an option that speaks to you, and we’ll create something truly special!

  • I’m perfectly happy bartending from a kitchen island and out of plastic cups, but sometimes that’s not the vibe (for you or the venue!). Nina, from Style My Day, has a fantastic range of bars and glassware to hire - and even better, I’ll do all the work! You just choose what you like from her selection, and I’ll facilitate it getting to and from the venue, along with all communication with Nina. Prices for this add-on will vary, as this is a partnership with another local business.

  • Also in collaboration with Nina from Style My Day, we can create custom signage for your cocktails! Instead of a margarita and martini, you’d rather name you drinks after your dogs? Done! I’ll facilitate all communication with Nina so you don’t have to do a thing. Prices for this add-on will vary, as this is a partnership with another local business.

  • Nothing says quiet luxury like ice cubes you can read through! Adam from Antarctic Ice Co creates the most amazing ice cubes - including spheres, or even ones with flowers and glitter suspended in them! He’s even created a bar entirely from ice before, if loud luxury is more your style (it is mine). Prices for this add-on will vary, as this is a partnership with another local business.

  • I would love to curate your entire drinks menu for you, if you’d like one less thing to worry about! Let’s chat about exactly how I can provide options that excite you and fit your flavour profile best.

  • If you’re going all out on an event, why not go ALL out? If you want a bartender out in the crowd, delivering cocktails directly into your hands, this is a great option. Or maybe you want to add on a few more cocktails to your menu! Whatever the reason, we’re happy to add on extra staff to make your event smooth and relaxing.

  • Your chosen package doesn’t quite have enough hours to fit your needs? No worries! I’m more than happy to organise extra hours of service for your event at a set hourly rate.

  • the best-day-ever vibes!! (and a sink somewhere, please). I will take care of sourcing your alcohol, cocktail prep, ice, and everything else that goes into bartending for your event. I can also source glassware, a physical bar, custom ice blocks and more from other local businesses for you, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

  • I’ve created my event packages based on the assumption that each guest will drink two cocktails per person, per hour. This directly influences the amount of alcohol I bring to your event, so please let me know if you’d like this modified! Unfortunately, fewer drinks per hour does not discount my prices.

  • Your health and safety is incredibly important to me. I will need access to a sink somewhere on the property to wash my hands and help keep my service area sanitary. Proximity to a sink may also impact which cocktails I can offer, so please let me know if you have any further questions about this, and we’ll have a chat!

  • Travel outside of the greater Hobart area (so more than 60km away) will incur an extra cost, depending on where we’re going. Let me know where you’re thinking, and we’ll chat some more.

  • I’m happy to wear whatever fits the vibe of your even the most. All black? Hot pink? Glitter? A replica Stormtrooper costume? (You might need to fund that last one…) I’m happy to wear pretty much anything!

responsible service

  • Myself and every bartender I work with has an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate) that is up-to-date and applicable in the state of Tasmania.

  • I reserve the right to ID any guests to ensure that I’m complying with state service of alcohol laws. I cannot serve alcohol to any guest who is under the age of 18, under any circumstances.

  • If a situation becomes unsafe or puts my RSA at risk, I reserve the right to refuse alcohol if the need presents itself. Obviously, I really hope this never happens, but you and your guest’s health and safety is incredibly important to me, and I have a duty of care to make sure that I’m providing this service responsibly.
